Heaven is Truly Beautiful Just You Wait and See

This is an image that a sweet friend sent to me. She said that when she read it she was reminded of Elijah. I have to agree.

Merry Christmas

Elijah was pure joy to our lives and he is deeply missed on what was to be his 6 month birthday and first Christmas, as he is each day. My sweet baby is celebrating in heaven like we can't even imagine! Elijah has undoubtedly put a smile on the face of our Lord each day he's been in His presence. Today, my precious baby boy has put a smile on my face as well as tears. I'm excited that Elijah is experiencing Christmas in its purest form, as it was meant to be celebrated, in total awe and worship of the Lord. Sweet Elijah, enjoy your first Christmas, little guy. I love you and look forward to the first Christmas we get to spend together in the presence of our Maker. I've already submitted my RSVP, just waiting for the invitation. Sending up tons of hugs and kisses to you Elijah!
Merry Christmas to each and every one of you. May God continue to bless you and your family. Even through struggles, tragedy and heartache, our God is good! He will never let our pain be wasted. He is the Prince of Peace and that's what He intends to bring to every man on Earth. Trust in Him and He will pull you through, not around, your pain and lead you to an everlasting life of perfection! Glory to God, glory in the highest. I love you.

Elijah's first Christmas will be a glorious celebration! I wish I could see his smile and hear his laugh, both more beautiful today than they were on this earth.

Safe - Phil Wickham

Thinking of my sweet Elijah and missing him so much today. My brother-in-law, David, sang this song at Elijah's funeral. The message within the song can hold meaning for everyone, in many situations. It speaks to me as I'm hurting and calms my fears because I am safe in His arms. It tells me that Elijah is alive and happy because he is safe in His arms! Listen to this song and allow it to remind you that the God that gave sight to the blind, health to the sick and life to the dead IS the SAME God that loves you and holds you safe in His arms! I pray that this will resonate in each of your hearts. It’s my sincere prayer that the simple message of this song would resonate in people’s hearts. God’s faithfulness to me during this struggle has remained solid and unchanged. I know through this pain and sorrow He will be glorified and His good and perfect purpose for all of us will be revealed. Praise His name! Go. Be. Love.
